Our Story

The Crêpe Man is Cork’s original provider of quality crepes at market stalls. Operated by Margaret O’Shea, our stall produces fresh sweet & savory crêpes all cooked to order. The range of crêpes start from very simple like butter and sugar, cinnamon, butterscotch to more substantial ones like fresh strawberries, bananas, O’Conaills chocolate, etc.

Savory have included ingredients like Gubbeen cheese, sautéed mushrooms, free range eggs The ingredients are made up of local suppliers where possible.  Be sure to check out our Find Us page to locate The Crepe Man.
