The Crepe Man, The Story So Far.

From Australia to Ireland and a love affair with crepes. Read all about the story behind our crepes. The stall was purchased in 2005 from a french guy who was trading the coal quay market on saturdays. It consisted of 2 cookers, 2m/3m umbrella, 2 tressel tables a sink and utensiles. 9 years on we have grown to have 17 cookers in operation at any one time covering up to five markets/events in 1 day and at full capacity have covered 26 events in 1 week.

We source our produce from local suppliers with the exception of Doves Farm in the UK for the buckwheat flour and include various artisan producers which helps in maintaining a high level of quality.

We use 3 different batter mixtures which are, sweet, savoury and coeliac for gluten free diets. They each contain a minimum of 3 variaties of flour which is what makes our product unique. We can also formulate egg and dairy free batters on request. In the past we have made a murphys stout batter for an event within the brewery in cork city.

The menu has has a varied list of just over 18 offerings which range in price and fillings
